Recipe: Potatoes & Chorizo


Ingredients (serves 2)
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
2 potatoes
1 carrot
150 g chorizo
Beef stock – to taste
2 eggs

Peel, chop and boil the potatoes and carrot
Fry the chopped onion and garlic
Add the chorizo, fry away
Add the boiled potatoes and carrot
Let simmer for a short while, for flavours to mix
Fry the eggs
Serve with greens & beer
