Recipe: Spicy Burger

Ingredients (serves 4)
400 g minced meat
Bacon
Red onion
Tomatoes
Salad
Strong cheddar cheese
Mustard
Chilli sauce
Hamburger bread
Spices – to taste

Directions
Shape minced meat into burgers
Fry the burgers and bacon
Slice the onion and tomatoes
Assemble the burger, add the sauces
Serve with root vegetable crisps & beer

Beer
Nebuchadnezzar Imperial IPA, Omnipollo, Sweden – ABV 8.5%
Notes: big flavour with bitter hops and dashes of grapefruit peel and herbs, works well with spicy beef burgers and mature cheddar cheese
